Mazda Service Centre

I was an out of town customer (800 km) that relied heavily upon the honesty of the salesman's (Todd Sullivan) assessment of a 2009 Miata. I lost many sales waiting to see the car on the weekend and I did not want to lose this one. I put in an offer over the phone - yes they trusted me as well - and completed the purchase on a Saturday morning and was able to drive it back to Windsor. Todd assured me if the car was not to my satisfaction, I did not have to take the car. His assessment of the condition of the vehicle was spot on. He as well as Julie (finance person) were fantastic to deal with. I will make the drive back when I am ready for another Mazda, it was well worth the drive! Great staff - wonderful experience!

Their honesty. They don't use high-pressure techniques at all, which is a definite turn off. You bring your car in for service, and they just do what's required - No games. They're always there when you need help with the high tech stuff. Great bunch of people working there. I'm on my second car with them and I'll be purchasing my third car there as well.

I recently bought a new Mazda3 and it's great. The car is very stylish, handles awesome and the 5-year unlimited km warranty is the best on the market. The salesperson I dealt with was Todd and he was very personal and upfront with everything. Julie took care of all the paperwork and signing, she is very nice and personable. I would recommend speaking with them. All other staff on site we're very polite. I am looking forward to future maintenance appointments.

Excellent service. They go beyond what is asked of them to provide the best service for their customers. I have never been treated this well at any other dealer. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
