I was an out of town customer (800 km) that relied heavily upon the honesty of the salesman’s (Todd Sullivan) assessment of a 2009 Miata. I lost many sales waiting to see the car on the weekend and I did not want to lose this one. I put in an offer over the phone – yes they trusted me as well – and completed the purchase on a Saturday morning and was able to drive it back to Windsor. Todd assured me if the car was not to my satisfaction, I did not have to take the car. His assessment of the condition of the vehicle was spot on. He as well as Julie (finance person) were fantastic to deal with. I will make the drive back when I am ready for another Mazda, it was well worth the drive! Great staff – wonderful experience!
